Designed to be a small group to help each participant feel safe, heard and lifted.
After each meeting you will find making connections becomes much easier and will find them so much more rewarding!!
During this 8-session support-group style program, we will explore:
~tips you can start implementing and practicing right away to reduce shyness
~ideas on how to plan for meeting new people, being prepared eases the worry and makes you feel more confident
~insights into how to formulate the best questions to ask in a social situation (be it professional networking or a private social gathering.)
~how to connect with people confidently and be memorable (in a good way!)
~build your confidence so you can start meaningful conversations and enjoy yourself!

Are we born shy? Do we learn to be shy? No one knows for sure, but the good news is that you can learn to be shy and be confident! You can have social anxiety and you can enjoy social interactions! (ask us for real life examples in the community)
Extreme shyness and social anxiety can be crippling. Even mild shyness can be both a social obstacle and uncomfortable. If you’re willing to be a little brave, there is much you can do to overcome your shyness and social anxiety.
