  • Stress management skills (including burnout and managing stress when it spills into private relationships, mindfulness)
  • Family Relationship issues, including work-home (lifestyle balance)
  • Assertive communication skills
  • Internal self growth skills

Prior to the start of the workshop, we will connect with you to make sure the workshop fits well with your needs and concerns.
